MEET THE CHEF

Born and raised in Champaign IL. Christina Glass is making her dreams a reality. Cooking and owning her own business has always been her passion. After graduating from culinary school at the Art Institute of Indianapolis in 2013. Chef CMG started working at Silver Creek in Urbana. She worked her way up into a head chef position at the age of 23. With the knowledge gained from school and skills gained from Silver Creek Chef CMG was ready for her next chapter. Thus came along The Monique Dinner Club.
